High Speed Straight Line Wire Drawing Machines
A wide range of dry, straight-line drawing machines for low carbon, high carbon and stainless steel wire, used across steel wire, welding consumable and wire rope plants. Tuner-roller and full dancer-arm versions cover wire from 14 mm down to 0.6 mm, on drum sizes from 350 to 1200 mm, at up to 30 m/s.
Tungsten carbide coating on the blocks is available on request, and we manufacture rotating die boxes in-house to suit each customer's line.

- External air-blast cooling. additional air blast around the drum through an intricate sump.
- Cassette die boxes. sturdy high-pressure design for better die cooling.
- Brakes on the OTO and last blocks. for controlled stopping.
- DIN 800 spooler, 1 tonne capacity. heavy-duty, for wire collection at 20 m/s.
- In-house electronic programming. proven machine logic that accounts for every constraint of the drawing operation.
