The Rigid Type Stranding Machine is capable of producing copper wire and copper tape shielding cables. It’s designed for armoring copper, round aluminum wire, pre-twisted sector conductors, and cables with steel wire armoring.
LATEST DEVELOPED MAIN FEATURES OF THE MACHINE
- All Cages, Pre-Spiraling Heads, Taping Head, Capstan & Takeup are separately driven.
- All cages can be loaded simultaneously, thereby reducing loading time to Max. 30 minutes.
- Latest Electronics (Simotion control) employed to obtain accurate synchronization of entire line.
- Lay is fed in MMI (Operator touch screen) instead of Gearbox. Any lay value in the range can be
set & achieved. - In Power failure situation, the machine comes to a controlled stop, enabling the Product safety
- The cage is completely welded rigid construction. In-house manufactured and machined.
- The cage is driven through Timer Pulley & belts during normal run. Separate Gearbox is used during Loading operation.
- Bobbin is held by spring pressure with a secondary positive lock. The release of bobbin is by externally plugged pneumatic compressed Air( Max 6 Bar only). The cylinders designed for operating with lesser than 6 Bar pressure.
- Constant Bobbin back tension achieved by Electro pneumatic valve & Single bobbin rotation is electronically sensed for controlling the required tension.
- Loading / Unloading by Hydraulic loader provided to the side of the cage placed on ground.
